Who is the brain behind CMK?
Jennifer Lieto started CMK Resources in 2007 and after working for some of the nation’s largest IT organizations she decided it was time to re-launch a business that could help a multitude of customers. This is not Jen’s first foray into entrepreneurship. As a partner in Redwood Solutions, she built a successful IT consulting firm which was acquired in 2005. As an incredibly sought-after IT staffing resource, Jen has an inside perspective on how to help businesses succeed. Her extensive experience in leadership is coupled with exceptional training such as the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course and Franklin Covey Sales Performance. As someone who is continually looking to grow, she is committed to approaching the work she does with clarity, authenticity, and excellence.

CMK offers customers the flexibility to consume talented IT resources when and where you need them. Contract Staffing is a way to request the exact skill set you need for the right amount of time. CMK recruiters retain the talent you need and provide you with technical quality assurance. With Contract Staffing, customers define the duration, location, skill set, experience level, and budget. This allows you to scale up and down as projects demand without the HR nightmare of staff reductions.
We offer the following options with Contract Staffing:
- Classic Contract – Customers pay an hourly rate for a defined contract duration.
- Contract for Hire – includes an expectation to hire CMK’s consultant after a contract period. Customers pay a contracting rate for a defined duration and a placement fee when CMK’s Consultant is hired.
If you are a customer that currently provides Professional Services to your clients or sells infrastructure products– then you and your clients need Residency Services. A Resident plays an important part, either on a long term or short term basis; when transitioning your customer to new products or to provide post implementation support. They also can provide day to day operational support to your client’s environment before, during, and after a Professional Services Project. Residents give you a flexible option to provide onsite expertise to your clients.
CMK offers a solution to provide a turn-key Residency Practice to our customers that want to offer Residency Services. This is a white labeled offering that can be re-branded to meet your needs. CMK RaaS is an outsourced option that provides:

Direct Placement offers customers access to our top recruiters who will source talented consultants that will be hired directly into the customer’s team. CMK works with you to understand the job description, your culture, and compensation requirements before we start the process of finding the perfect match. Direct placement is a fee-based service where customers pay a placement fee upon hiring a CMK consultant. We are so confident in our quality that we offer a guarantee period with each direct placement. CMK specializes in hiring Data Center and Infrastructure Consultants along with executive placements such as IT Directors and CIOs.
CMK provides Recruiting as a Service to help customers that do not need a full-time recruiter OR for customers that do not want to manage a recruiting department. CMK offers customers the ability to take advantage of our best practices around recruiting methodologies and recruiting management for a contracted monthly fee. This service may be 50% of a recruiter’s time or a complete recruiting department of multiple recruiters. We can integrate with your HR team or BE your HR team – this service is as flexible as you need it to be! CMK believes recruiting top IT talent is a niche skill – let us help you with what we do best!
