The internet is a vast place and it can be hard to sort out the clutter versus the actual information. We wanted to help our fellow recruiters and job-searchers, so we have compiled a useful list of online resources that we think are worth your time.

Have you ever tried to Google a job position and found that it was impossible to search through all of the possible jobs? Whether you are a recruiter looking for business clients or just someone looking for work, these are our recommendations for job boards:

Dice
Dice is an IT specific job board for those searching for a career in the tech industry. You can both search for jobs and post jobs, making it both recruiter and job-searcher friendly. Currently, there are over 70,000 jobs across the country to be viewed!

Monster
Monster is your usual job board, but better. Very user-friendly, it allows you to search for positions in your location or abroad and uses creative and niche filters to help you narrow down your search.

CareerBuilder
CareerBuilder is a great website because it allows you to upload your resume and connects you with jobs you seem to be a great fit for. Basically, it does the work for you. All you need a well-written resume!

Indeed
Indeed might look like your average job board, but they have more options than any other site. Indeed is a great way to look at what positions are available in your area or elsewhere. You can create a personalized profile that will allow Indeed to recommend certain jobs that they think would be a great fit for you.

LinkedIn Recruiter
LinkedIn Recruiter is one of the easiest ways to find talent in your area. Messaging on the social network allows you to easily connect with people you believe would be a great fit for your job opening. LinkedIn Recruiter also allows you to see when a person is looking for a job if they are looking to relocate, and what type of positions they have worked in the past.

Some recruiters need extra help finding talent, and these sites are great to give that lending hand.

Github
Github is a very useful online resource for developers looking to show off their work. Almost like a portfolio, Github is a public platform that allows developers to post, share, and review work they have created with other developers. It is also a great place for recruiters to check out the talent that is available around them!

Lusha
Lusha is a fantastic tool to use to gather contact info for potential talent on social media sites. The chrome extension quickly finds emails and phone numbers, making contact information quickly available to you. You can use the link below to sign up!
